    They traded with the Patriots. They has the 7th pick

    they swapped picks with the Patriots in a trade last year… thats why that Pats had the 7th overall pick… thats where the 49ers would have been.

    they traded away their first round pick to the pats last year, and had the colt’s first round pick this year

    They traded this year’s first round pick to the patriots to get Joe Staley and got the colts pick
