Who was the good defensive back-punt returner for the SF 49ers who got a lot of interceptions and did some?

crazy “spring-loaded” robot dance whenever he scored—which he did a lot.

Played for them some where around 1995-99
Merton Hanks!

Thanks…now where can I find a video of the dance—I miss it too?

   MrMath is right, it was Merton Hanks. He was imitating a dance by Bert of Bert and Ernie from sesame street, it was hilarious.
