Is anyone aware that former 49ers quarterback Steve Young is a descendant of Brigham Young?

I found out from numerous unknown sources that the 49ers legend is a descendant of the pioneer who lead Mormons from the East to Utah and various places. He also played his college football at BYU. Is anyone aware of that?
