I don’t want to hear about how much the 49ers suck, I’m just curious to see if anyone’s stuck with them through their rough times like I have.

   I’m not one, but I have a lot of friends here in the Reno area that are still diehard fans. They’re disappointed, but they still support their team. In fact, I have bets with them when the Niners play my Cowboys.

   Have you been to San Fransisco, people there think that the 49ers are still the team they were in the 80s and 90s, the thing is that there aren’t no more bandwagoners who stuck to the team in the time period they were hot. Like the Patriots, when the Patriots return to the slump they were in many years before the 3 super bowl era, no one even cared who they were.

   BTW, the 49ers still have one of the largest fanbases in the US, they just are hard to find outside of San Fran.
