does anyone know how to make 49er flapjacks?

   49er flapjacks

   1/2 cup sourdough culture
   1 tsp sugar
   2 cup flour
   1 tsp oil
   1 cup milk
   1 tsp baking powder
   2 x eggs
   butter
   1/2 tsp salt
   maple syrup

   Method :
   Stir up everything but the syrup & butter. Can cook on greased inverted lid of the oven.
